The box was damaged on the outside and torn open on one corner, but luckily the tail lights were NOT damaged. *Phew* What a relief! :) The only advice I have is to use more packing material or more foam. Even though the box was clearly identified as "FRAGILE", it seems that the box was still damaged during shipment. But overall, I rate this seller an A+. 5/5 Stars!
