Its just a shame that the seller chose to use yodel to deliver who's driver was extremely rude after just leaving battery outside main entrance of flats & in full view of the main road & in pouring rain. I cannot blame the seller for this however as they wouldn't have known this so still recommended.

Seller responded quickly and sent another. It too was separated. Don't think I'm going to attempt to charge and use a damaged Lithium battery in light of all the reported fires. Seller was communicative and quick to fix the situation so can't fault them there. Either the product and or the packing was poor.

The battery was sent out and it went missing, I mailed the seller and they sorted the problem and sent out another battery which arrived shortly after. The battery is great, the price was very good.
