In this world you always say thank you with gratuity. Its part of the life . Always Bless the delivery driver and setup assistant. Great product at a steep discount and gets the massage down packed 👌 like a pro massage at $150 an hour in nyc. I highly recommend this product to anyone . Especially if you have chronic pain and spinal surgeries like me. Thank you so much. BEST!!

Top notch quality, shipping was rrasonably quick for a frieght order, couldnt be happier with with it , I feel I got a great quality product at an awesome price . My only complaint if any is the tracking on the order lags behind. I recieved my chair two days ago and tracking still shows it as on its way to me . But they did at least give me a delivery date, and a phone call the day prior , and met that date.
