Shipping was very slow with no communication whatsoever. The car is unbelievably clean with no damage but still has smoke odor but will go away in due time. When item arrived, it was packaged poorly without a box. Loco was in fractured Styrofoam and taped exposing parts of it. Fortunately, the Loco escaped damage but the clean-up of broken Styrofoam was a mess. The listing also mentioned it does include a display track that I never received.
