    The shoes arrived quickly and were very well packaged and looked new as advertised.Unfortunately, they don’t fit as the heel is far too large for my foot despite owning multiple John Lobb shoes in this size. Even adding a tongue and heel pad didn't help. Seller engaged me in multiple emails regarding the shoes and how his fit well, but did not offer to have these returned to him after arriving one day ago. I will never again buy shoes from a seller that doesn’t accept returns. CAVEAT EMPTOR
