A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.

The photos are misleading, the item is inadequately packaged so arrived torn and crushed and the subsquent communication with the seller to follow was strange and leading. A partial refund was offered due to condition however if I could be bothered and if the item was more expensive i would have returned and got a refund.
