Firstly the motor is shipped in a very heavy duty thick box ,the motor is then placed in a cocoon of Styrofoam, and finally in a huge plastic bag!!! So, I was not surprised that the motor is completely perfect. Good job NBpower!!!! Second to none!!

Had allot of questions when putting together as I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to electric motors.
