Smells new, no blemishes, works well, feels solid, included all accessories (cables, case, retail box). Criticisms: doesn't connect with a lossless codec (uses AAC), needs to be on to use the coax cable, need an amp to use the cable (maxed the volume on the smartphone), no option to turn off the ANC to save battery life, charge usually lasts a day, equalizer is limited to 3 bands. Pros: excellent ANC, renowned reliability, ok sound.
