I replaced it because my old one kept draining when off and finally showed a warning light. It kept draining even when I replaced it with this new one. I thought it was a bad new battery but then I figured out it was an app called screen time. As soon as I shut off this app, I noticed the battery was no longer getting drained. Maybe it's just on Ventura. My other Macbook wasn't doing this but it was running on Catalina. Great sellers! Thank you
