    As can be seen the item was dispatched expediently and collected by the Royal Mail with 48hr Tracking to ensure its safe passage. The package was delayed which is beyond my control. I communicated with the buyer and refunded the cost in full. It's unreasonable to leave negative feedback when the series of events are beyond my control. I would appreciate a revision or subraction of the negative feedback. I have lost out with the transaction and the negative feedback really is a coup de grâce.
