    I ordered a product from this seller and they sent me the wrong product because the listing is actually wrong so i was returning it but i made a mistake after i printed the return label and accidentally touched the cancel return button i still returned the item as per ebay agent and the seller has received it back but hasnt sent my refund nor will they reply to my many many messages about the issue.     Product is great but seller never replied to repeated communication. I did reorder from them once price of product changed and high shipping per item was removed. I didn’t want to buy 10 items w/a $10 shipping charge and then discover that if I didn’t get what was advertised. A little communication goes a long way.
