This was shipped the very next day after purchase. You did select USPS ground advantage at the time of checkout. There are faster shipping options available. This is by far the rudest feedback I have ever received. The fact that you can accuse me of all this is just plain disgusting. Could this item have gotten damaged in shipping? I know without a doubt that it wasn't damaged when it left here. You are welcome to return it for a refund.

The service was so good I doubled my order. Cut them yesterday and they are perfect. A++
