    Contacted seller regarding the ETA of the device. Never got an answer. Attempted to escalate the matter and was told to wait after the expected delivery date. After I waited, i escaled the matter and was told I’ve have to wait 3 to 5 business days. Interestingly, i received the refund the next day. Thank you. My bigger concern is with the seller who has several negative reviews and shame on me for not checking. Why is the seller allowed to continue to advertise on the ebay?
