    Packaged in a box with no protective lining and bowls were wrapped only with paper and no protection in between them. No indication of fragile contents on the box The exterior box arrived smashed on one side and the three items on that side were damaged/destroyed. I have contacted the seller and requested a refund of the shipping charge and the damaged items.

    Buyer was refunded the FULL cost of shipping, and the cost of the bowls that were damaged, even though half the order was undamaged. Items were packed tightly and securely with sufficient packaging in between them. The box being literally smashed makes it pretty obvious that this was the fault of USPS. I will concede that I should have written FRAGILE more obviously across all surfaces of the box so that USPS would have perhaps considered not treating the package like a football.

    Super thankful for this seller! These headphones are phenomenal; I've used them for years as a producer and DJ. I got a little too turnt up after a gig I did haha, and left the cans either at the venue, or in an Uber. I use these to make new beats, so I needed a replacement, and quick. These headphones are phenomenal, and ever better than my original purchase, as it came with extra earpads! Beyond a steal, and the sound quality is a hair better than my last ones. [Or maybe I wore them down, not sure.] The sound is loud, without compromising the integrity of the frequencies. The bass is tastefully enhanced, but not like Beats or whatever: still enjoyable and accurate, without being gimmicky or overblown.
