It had a bad module and the hoops you need to jump through for warranty or not worth one's money or time. I'm going to purchase the module on my own and install it.

There is no way for me to know when/where the damage happened, but I refused delivery. Seller was very quick to respond and issued a refund the next day. I give 5 stars to the seller for their handling of the situation and I will look to purchase from them again.
