Everything was in the box that the seller said was included and programming the keypad lock and the remotes was very easy. In 40 minutes I had my new door lock on my camper and programmed with my own code along with two remotes that worked. If you are looking to upgrade to a keyless door lock then I highly recommend this one.

It did however, seem to have been opened previously, as there were loose batteries in the box, and the lock itself was in an open zip-lock bag (did not seem like factory packaging). Shipping took forever, but I probably cannot blame seller. The tracking showed the item enroute, then it just stopped. Seller promptly sent a replacement.
