    The seller was prompt in sending items and the items were packaged well. There was a problem, but not the seller’s fault. The cooktop knobs lettering was upside down for my needs. Apparently the same item number has 2 orientations, with “off” oriented close to user or away from user. I needed the away orientation, and these were the close orientation, thus lettering is upside down. See photo. They do fit so I will keep them as back ups in case my original knobs break (43 year old cooktop).
