It smoked and smelled like it was burning up when I used it with my Foredom doing some very heavy polishing. I switched back to my Foredom pedal. I use this on my vintage watchmakers lathe with a watchmaster Bodine motor for hours at a time with no problems. It is very sensitive in it low ranges so it’s perfect for the lathe motor. Definitely the right tool for the right job.

I'm giving positive feedback due to the quality and the item purchased. The shipping time was terrible. If you are willing to wait longer than normal you will not be disappointed in the item, just took twice to three times than normal shipping time to receive the item. I will purchase from again but only on items I'm willing to wait for the slow shipping time.
