It took 7 days of correspondence before they understood the problem and came up with a solution, which was sending me the proper "key". I think my explanation of the problem was clear enough, perhaps they didn't believe me. The new key fit fine and the product quality is quite good.

They were patient were me through the return and provided Estimates to the best of their knowledge. Product was in really great shape and packaged properly. There was no room for movement inside the actual box of the product so it arrived nice and new.
