    Great K2

    I highly recommend this K2 sup to anyone who's having teeth/ cavity issues. Taking this supplement daily, I have healed 6 teeth that had the beginning's of cavities forming and my teeth are getting stronger and stronger. I take the K2 plus Vit. D3 together, with coconut oil or fish oil to make it easy for the body to absorb it.

    Pricey but worth it!!

    This is the best K2 supplement I can find with no fillers or additives plus quality ingredients. It does cost more than others but you get what you pay for in this world and I prefer quality over concerns about price as I have osteoporosis and need all the help I can get!

    Key vitamin to reduce bruising.

    Vitamin K is a standard to improve blood clotting capability. For folks who have problems with being easily bruised whether playing sports, or just their normal day-to-day activity, taking Vitamin K may well provide a means to address that problem. Did it help my case,? Yes. Obviously before you add Vitamin K into your daily supplements, if one is taking medication for illnesses especially those which are cardio or blood related, common sense says ask your personal physician if there would be an adverse interaction.

    Probably the best on the market

    This is essential for the natural clotting of blood (it doesn't cause clots, though), and especially essential for making sure that calcium isn't laid down in the arteries. I use it in the morning and evening with my calcium and magnesium.
