    Damaged

    The package was damaged and wrapped in bubble wrap several times and sent claiming to be a new; picture shown did not show any damage to package. I do-not know if all the pieces are there because I opened the box where it was taped and one of the packages of parts had been opened. this is not accepted as a NEW item.
