I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that many of these eBay sellers are buying salvaged returns from big box stores and they may have bought it as labeled "new return," but it doesn't change the fact that they sold me a 7 year old, heavily used, poor condition saw and refused to accept it as a return. She called me a scammer and I reported her accordingly. Buyer beware.Reply from: snrsurplus1- Feedback replied by seller snrsurplus1.- Feedback replied by seller snrsurplus1.This buyer bought a FACTORY SEALED Saw. Still had Factory tape and shipping straps on it. They Then took pictures of a 7 year old saw, and tried to say THE FACTORY SEALED SAW was not as described. THE FACTORY SEALED SAW has the serial number on the box. I reported the buyer to Ebay immediately, and have stopped contact with the buyer. Buyer is a 100% scammer.

Whomever sold it to him, put it into the box. Made it look unopened. Took photos of the item, asked for a refund. Word of caution, any Ebay, item received, from anyone, should be opened and inspected. First time for me. This vendor made is right and refunded my money. After this experience I would buy from him again.
