    Excellent product, with some shortcomings

    This dock features legendary ThinkPad build quality and works very well. My only issues are with the fact that the connectivity of the basic dock is highly limited. I think it only has 1 USB 3.0 port, only VGA output (no DP/HDMI/DVI), and no microphone/headphone jacks. Those requiring these features should look for the Pro dock or the Ultra dock, or even a USB generic dock. If you're just interested in a basic dock that is precision-fit for your ThinkPad, this works fine.
