I requested a refund for my $30 and they told me I was, “trying to get the remote for free” and that I was, “a scammer”. Terrible experience, wish I could give zero stars… Also the controller came in a brand new Xbox controller box, which felt pretty dishonest and misleading. Shipping /handling was pricey but I thought it would all need to be packed really well and the balls are heavy. I have to say I was surprised to get the package with the balls rolling around into each other and a thin layer of bubble wrap between (what probably started as) the layers of balls. They weren't chipped and since they're used I'm not sure if they were damaged.
