    Better price than the stores when it comes to pills

    This is in capsule form and is in a low dose. So what i do is take about 8 to 10 pills and open each capsule and pour all the powder in an 8ounce glass and mix in with water. 8 pills comes out to 4grams and 10 pills comes out to 5grams. It has been recommended to see results, one should be taking 2-5grams 2-3 times days either before or after a meal :) its so good for repairing the gut and feeling great energy!! good purchase. make sure to eat a lot of protein throughout the day to maximize the consumption of glutamine :)
