    After 9-10 days of USPS showing they haven't received item, I contacted seller and they didn't hesitate to refund (package lost). Three weeks after initial order, package showed up, box was damaged, antenna was sticking out of one end and out of the original wrap. It looked like USPS took it out, then decided they didn't want it, stuck it back in and retaped the package. USPS really sucked but seller was awesome.

    Magic Chef 3.0 cu/ft Freezer

    We bought this small 3 cubic/ft capacity freezer to augment our 2 refrigerator freezers and so far it has worked-out well. It's small, compact size and footprint takes-up little room, so it was easy to find space in the garage. It does not have adjustable shelves; not a problem for me, and each shelf has a cooling coil underneath to maintain a uniform temperature top-to-bottom. The door appears to be easily interchangeable from right or left side opening, although I did not need to change. There was a small sharp corner edge on the left top front side of the freezer; which I covered with small piece of duct-tape to prevent "the chance" of a minor injury, but this was not a big issue. I have not seen any noticeable increase in power consumption and as I said, the freezer is in the ...

    Pandemic Freezer

    Bought this in March, 2020, just when things were starting to heat up. Best way to describe this freezer is...it is what it is...was over priced...pre-pandemic prices, but 5 weeks later they are selling for twice what I paid, so I won't complain. Was easy to open and set up...find a logical place and plug it in...put a glass of water in it and it started to freeze up in about an hour. Very quiet and stores a decent amount of food, but you need to be organized. Other things to consider...its not frost free and the shelves are fixed...neither were an issue for me but something to consider. We'll see in the long run how it holds up.

    Small,convinient, andreliable. Very compact, Size is exactly as I needed. Completely quiet - no sounds at all. Only minus - dont have inside light. Finally we forgot about an everyday problem - how to fit everything inside our refrigerator freezer. External freezer resolve it forever.
