This laser tool is nearly new! As far as communication goes, i asked this seller if he (or she ) could lock the swinging pendulum down for shipping. This seller sent me 2 messages saying that it didn't appear to have a lock. So i requested packaging that would protect it. Bubble wrap on the bottom, sides and top. Who does that? I'm a happy camper! AOK!!!
