Seller placed small & thick spiral book in same envelope with 8.5x11 paper with no reinforcement—not even a piece of cardboard—to keep the paper and envelope from bending around the book. Arrived having been bent in two. He wrote Do Not Bend on the envelope and deflects criticism by saying USPS did it. In response to my question of what he suggests regarding the damaged item he offers only that I should “enjoy” it. You cannot please everyone & especially people who are unreasonable & threaten bad feedback. The items were double wrapped in two envelopes and thank you for showing the photos as it is obvious the USPS bent it and it was not bad packaging. Also, the purchase was a number of items all of which were fine one piece of paper shown has a slight crease. Yes, I stated enjoy your item nothing could be done.
