Not ONE syllable from the Seller. I didn't receive the item, and I had to wait several days before ebay could step in to help me. I had waited 16 days from the purchase date to be in the window with ebay to request help/a refund. That was handled very quickly, with good, useful communication from someone with ebay.

    This sink has been discontinued by Kohler which makes finding a replacement extremely hard. My marble countertop is shaped to the rounded profile of this specific sink so I needed to find an exact replacement. I couldn't tell if this color was going to be right. The seller double-checked after I already put in my order and determined the color wasn't the right one for me. The seller graciously allowed me to cancel my order and provided a refund.
