Tried several time to tell the seller that bars are larger diameter than the windshield mounts. Seller kept asking about type of cart, which was immaterial, and after going back and forth, I got so frustrated that I quit messaging.

Bench test report incl & witness marks visible on gear adds comfort to my mind.
