The sellers package arrived early' and in fine shape' with instructions. It's a great upgrade for hardtail bike. Easy to install on most bike seat rails and preload adjustable. You need 5mm hex wrench to mount it and a 6mm to adjust preload---Plus what ever tool is need to remove your current seat from it's post. Comes with a dust cover as well. So far so good-- Cheers !
