      Will tip your pet and it's hard to go straight (on 4 wheels), it works ok like a 2 wheel carrier

      First, it's a faulty item as the left zipper is not working as it should (gets stuck on one point). I thought this is the best 4 wheel carrier on the market so I was more than willing to pay double for postage-I was unfortunately wrong. All they had to do is put the same wheels, but they chose front ones to be rotational which is great (but you can't get to use them) and the back ones are fixed and not so good at rolling. I love the fact that there's a lot of space for your pet to see where it's going (unlike those dreadful ones with holes or only one see-through window!), the handle is of great quality, and it would literally be perfect if only they made its back wheels just like its front ones... also, you have to keep your hands on at ALL times- my poor dog tipped (wheels!) and ...
