    We haven't had a chance to use the fan but the installer indicated that it arrived from the seller missing a part. Installer said he had to install it with an improvised electrical receptacle for the connections on the side. There was no indication in the listing that there may be parts missing. It was listed as "new" and no images of the items contained within the box were displayed in the photos. I wish the installer had mentioned this because I may have contacted the seller for a return.
