    Gotu Kola for memory

    I've used gotu koala for years. I'm older,my memory has gotten slippery. I work for the post office. On any given day I have to sort and deliver thousands of letters, magazines and a hundred or more packages sometimes in areas I've never been. I take gotu kola the night before and the morning of. It makes my memory sharper. Recall comes quicker. I always recommend it for someone learning a new job. It helped tone my muscles when I was on a sensible diet, too.
