There was an issue with the pedals in the beginning.. the pedals were working, but the bike was not moving. I was worried and contacted the seller. We agreed that I take it to the nearest bike shop to check and they were ok to cover reasonable expenses. By the time we got to the shop the bike was working properly. The bike shop explained us that it might happen in the beginning. Overall 5-star!

The seller is hard to get a hold of because they are on Hong Kong time, so responses are delayed.
