    Seller did everything right & sent the Package to ebays Global Shipping Program & upon arriving to the GSP they deemed it undeliverable. They gave no reason & They don't return item to seller or try to contact the buyer. It's probably something as dumb as because the lamp wick smelled of K-1. You can't contact the GSP by phone or website & Ebay Help doesn't help contact them either. One good thing is Ebay has to fork the refund back; not the seller. I don't recommend the Global Shipping Program.
