    I have unsuccessfully attempted to communicate with seller regarding item ordered, but seller just makes lame excuses for not delivering what was advertised. Seller blames delivery agency (not FedEx) for the pre-opened box & missing pestle. I offered to return what was delivered (pre-opened box with mortar only, pestle missing), in exchange for a new, unopened box with both items intact. Seller has not agreed to this. So, at this point Ebay needs to step in and make things right.
