Slight problem with delivery- absolutely not the seller's fault - Royal Mail sent me a notification that the package had been delivered but it hadn't. I messaged Etsy and the seller then impressed me by kindly taking the trouble to message me to explain that Royal Mail had probably scanned the wrong code.
