    Neutral because it might not have necessarily been the seller's fault. I understand that once you've sent out the item whatever happens afterward is out of your hands, but I'm unsure of the damage occurred while in transit or prior. While the contents were still sealed, the torso piece was loose from the runner and snapped in transit, along with various stress marks around the part. Other parts were loose in the bags too but those seem to be alright.
