    The seller really did their best, but alas - the carrier did not. The item arrived broken, much to both of our heartbreak. When I reached out to the seller with photos, he was very quick to respond. He took care of filing a claim with the shipper, and when the claim became complicated, he refunded the full value. While I am sad that the bowl was broken, I believe it was not the seller's fault and still had an outstanding experience with him. I would do business with him again.
