    Received this TV power supply board in an unsealed plastic package, we noticed that many parts on the front were bent and there was a white dry residue all over the back of the board. Additionally, there were some parts that were different than the original board on our TV confirming that this board was tampered with. It was defective and did not work. Unfortunately the seller refused to offer a refund even after sending pictures and evidence the day of receiving the board.

    Buyer tried to send back their own old defective board instead of the brand new board I sent them. I take photos of every item I ship during packaging , also I do not use stock photos in my listing they are all of the actual listing. Their photo didn’t match the item I sent in at it was for a complete different part.
