      Unfortunately some of the pearls on the necklace have black stains on them from the lining of the storage box. I am trying to clean the stains off. The seller had excellent communication and was helpful at the point of sale also the necklace was securely packed, however, I feel neutral about this purchase because it was supposed to be in new condition.
