Started well with contact on product being worked on before shipping, which took a couple weeks and then seller was indecisive on whether to sell after being paid. Tracking number was produced but package apparently was never taken to post office or post office lost it, either way, package was never received. After asking seller to refund money and move on, the seller never got back in touch. Ebay had to step in and get my refund. Thank you Ebay!
