Plenty of attention to detail to ensure success. Cutting were in cardboard to prevent damage during shipping, cuttings were labeled wrapped in moist paper towel and foil to keep the cardboard dry and strong and moisture in. The cutting themselves were dipped in wax on both sides preventing them from drying out during storage. Already have sprouts after a few days of soaking in water!! Would buy again
