Weighs 2.9 lbs (1350 gr), (which is better than too light) and has a gazillion steam holes. When I informed the seller they had me try some reset steps, but they didn't help. The seller then immediately sent me another (same model) unit, and, although this one was labeled refurbished and obviously used, it works just fine. They didn't require return of defective item. The seller was responsive and provided excellent customer service. Recommend!
