I'd like to suggest that in the future you might want to use packing peanuts or pillows to protect the item(s). The cartridges were wrapped with plastic and as described. The installation of the cartridge in the Brother printer was perfect with no difficulties. Beautiful printouts and value as it was cost efficient. Did not come in the box seen in the post. It came in a plain cardboard box. Thank you.
