    Item was well packed and arrived quickly. It would have been a 5 star transaction, if the item hadn't arrived with the screws that secured the hard drive rattling around inside the machine. I suspect the screws came loose during shipping. I was able to disassemble the laptop and reattach them, but this was a time consuming process. I informed the seller of the situation, and he offered a partial refund which I said I was agreeable to, but then he never sent the partial refund.
