I tried to reach out to seller and ask for a partial refund, but I got no response back. I do not recommend this seller as they do not care about their customers or any issues they might have.

The initial order of the plants roots were dried up. I put the roots in water and only one plant came back to life. The roots should have been shipped in a manner to keep the roots mortised. the other 2 rose plants haven't arrived. am that the rose bushes will be in the same condition.
