    Seller remotely installed the diagnotic software but it did not work when he tested it. Seller had another attempt with new cable and new hard drive. Seller is not experienced with diagnosing the promblem. Seller opted to refund my payment to close out the failed service. Seller assured again he will refund 2 days ago but did not. Seller now ignores my reminders and just yesterday marked this item as shipped. This services was never delivered. I still need my refund.
