I ordered a second furnace and it arrived in even worse condition than the first one again due to horrible packaging. The vendor was incredibly helpful and professional. In summary, happy with the vendor. No so happy with Suburban’s choice of packaging.

I contacted seller, he apologized and offered to check his inventory. Unfortunately, he could no locate them and offered a partial refund. We later found rotors not compatible with car. A delay in receiving this cost our shop time and labor totaling $247 just because they removed a 4 digit number from the shipping label. While the seller's user name is performanceguarantee, they failed to perform and guaranteed nothing in return. Apology accepted, our customer was refunded but we were not.
